I'm using a VPS in USA.
Below, the web-mail time is American standard time.
the iPhone time is Japanese standard time.
I sent a URL link of my blog from the VPS to my iPhone in Japan (fig.1, red line).

I counldn't receive the first mail in about 10 minuts.
Therefore I sent the 2nd mail, soon I received it (fig.2 and fig.4, green line).
After 1 hour since the 2nd, the 1st email reached (fig.3, red line).
It means 70 minuts was required to reach.



And,
On Twitter log in, a reject message was shown me in iPhone (fig.5),
but already logged in (fig.6).

The page has expired or does not exist. Please try logging in again.

I think the Internet in Japan region is widely influenced by a hidden proxy server or a gateway.
