I tried to change my first name from Nobukatsu (庸勝) to Kyo (響) in 1998 (平成10年), and then it was rejected because I didn’t use the name yet.
And since then I used the name Kyo (響) as my second name and the alias to write for the Glass Bead Game on the Internet, that was/is in order to confirm my intellectual property right based on Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (Convention de Berne pour la protection des œuvres littéraires et artistiques), now the right has been confirmed 24 years.
I’ve made my decision to apply the intellectual property right of the Glass Bead Game from USA to the world, based on Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Treaty of Peace with Japan (Sept. 8,1951), and the submitted DS-160, then referring the Japanese constitution from these international laws, I will leave Japan forever, and I believe the world hope of the Glass Bead Game will be protected and be developed further more.
