Update:

When we will build ultra-light speed starships of e.g. 10km radius, we will need semiconductors and rare earth in Jupiter's atmosphere, it is regarded that the materials exist as included in the gaseous body of Jupiter.

The materials in Earth's ground are a little of amount to build the starships as Noah's Ark.

You may need arcs you treat to observe the Ark. See fig.2.
