Power failures are occurring frequently in all region of Japan, although these are recovered in a short time.
My room's electricity is becoming power down.
Except power source with extra-power, devices can not work and be charged. E.g. CD/DVD player with standard power source didn't work.

2025's budget hasn't yet passaged the lower house^a of Japan. Basically, it should passage the lower house until the last day of Feburuary.
